PRINTS AND OTHER INFORMATION
The Prints
Photographs are professionally printed on Fine Art (Giclée) or Photo Lustre papers in a Hahnemühle FineArt Gold certified print studio, in some cases certain prints will use an alternative paper more suited to the subject, if so it shall be specified on the page.
30x20, 24x16, 18x12 inch and sizes in that range and above are signed (and numbered on limited editions). 12x inch sizes or below (Memento) prints are not signed. All print sizes are approximate and usually come with a white thin border around the picture to accommodate framing.
All large "preview" images are a fraction of the original image size and are 72 dpi, where as originals are mostly 350 dpi, the true detail and clarity of these prints cannot be appreciated till you have a print in your hand.
The Papers
The main visual differences between the two papers is Fine Art Paper (Giclee) is a complete matte finish and the Photo Lustre Paper has a slight gloss. The Fine Art Paper has a subtle warmth to the natural white colour, and the print will take on a warmer tone. Whereas the Lustre print with the semi-gloss will have sharp details, vivid colors, and richer color saturation.
Payment Options
Prints can be purchased by Credit Card, Bank Account or through PayPal. For a PayPal purchase just click on the 'buy now' button and proceed to PayPal.
For credit card purchase, when you arrive at the PayPal page just click the “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” button. This option is not available on some mobile phone browsers, if so please use a Desktop/Laptop, or on your mobile browser click on the three vertical dots at the top right of your screen, which will bring you to your browser settings, and then select “desktop site” to proceed with your purchase on your mobile phone.
All prints purchased on PayPal will be delivered to your PayPal account address, if you would like to change the delivery address please email by using the
contact form after your purchase.
Framing
Framing can be arranged for you with our bespoke framer for delivery in Ireland. Mounting and framing wait times can vary, especially around seasonal holidays, last framing orders for Christmas are usually around the 1st of December. Contact for further details.
Shipping
Prints are sent out by registered post or courier, memento prints are sent via standard post or courier depending on your location.
Prints in Ireland are usually delivered within 10-12 working days after ordering, if not sooner. Print delivery times internationally can vary and depend on your local postal service.
Due to Brexit we are currently not shipping prints to mainland UK, we apologies for any inconvenience. Northern Ireland is not affected by this, and we are shipping to Northern Ireland as normal.
In solidarity with Ukraine no orders will be accepted from, or dispatched to Russia.
Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Refunds
David's prints are custom made in a Hahnemühle FineArt Gold certified print studio, to the size and paper you have specified, therefore the prints fall under the category of personalised products. We only issue refunds if your print is faulty or arrived in a damaged condition, and you must inform us by email if you require a replacement or refund as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery.
