First built in 1768, Poolbeg Lighthouse has stood at the entrance to Dublin Bay for over 250 years. Rebuilt into its present form in 1820, the lighthouse has changed appearance over the centuries, from its original granite appearance to a period when it was painted black as maritime colour conventions evolved,
